Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026. This policy covers aalaa.co and the SUFIF iOS and Android apps.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, delivery address and optional email when you order; the items you buy; and the store you visit.

In the app: a push-notification token if you allow notifications. We do not collect location, contacts or photos.

How we use it

To deliver and support your orders, contact you about them, and — only if you agree — send offers.

We never sell your data. Delivery partners receive only what is needed to deliver your parcel.

Payments

We do not store card or mobile-wallet credentials. For bKash/Nagad we keep only the transaction ID you enter.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time from Account → Delete my data, by WhatsApp, or in any store. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (invoices).
