Exchange within 7 days

Bring the item with its tags and receipt (or order number) to any SUFIF store within 7 days for a different size or colour.

Online orders can also be exchanged by courier — contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Refunds

Faulty or wrong items are refunded in full, including delivery. Refunds are made by bKash/Nagad or cash in store.

Not eligible

Altered, worn or washed items, and items without tags.
