Terms of service
Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept it. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. If an item becomes unavailable we will contact you and refund any payment.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid when the parcel arrives.
Exchanges
See our exchange policy. Store pickup orders are held for 7 days.
Fair use
Please do not misuse the site or apps. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
